The flat-plate dynamic automatic weighing device for highway vehicles is a dynamic weighing device that detects the vehicle load by detecting the change of the output parameters of the resistance strain sensor inside the weighing plate. When the freight vehicle encounters the weighing plate, the axle load acts on the force beam, causing the resistance strain sensor parameter change, and the axle load is finally calculated through the change of the output parameters. In view of the driving characteristics of road vehicles, this equipment adopts a unique weighing structure, and the symmetrical body has been improved and optimized. It is mainly composed of a flat-type weighing structure with no movable components and vehicles moving without force, which fundamentally solves the impact caused by high-speed heavy-duty vehicles passing through the weighing plate, improves the detection accuracy, and can effectively solve the large randomness of the wheelbase of freight vehicles, disturbance problems such as uneven speed of elastic tires.

The equipment is accurately weighed at full scale in static state, reaching the static port level standard. Each speed segment with a Senior high school speed of 0-100 km/h can reach the national weighing instrument level 5 standard (verification error ≤ 2.5% and use error ≤ 5%). It has been formally approved by the national quality and technical supervision department and has obtained the production license. The weighing results have legal effect. This equipment is a national standard 5-level measuring and weighing instrument for accurate weighing of domestic vehicles at full speed. It fills the gap in the domestic technical field and has obtained the national invention patent certificate.

The flat frame body of the equipment is customized according to the width of the road, which completely covers the entire detection section.
