The biggest upgrade of DS17 is to support offline cloud encryption.
Cloud Encryption
1. Cloud encryption means that the instrument authenticates each sensor and obtains the encryption program for each sensor from the cloud through identity authentication,
2. Each cloud encrypted sensor program is different, and the meter updates the sensor encryption program from time to time.
♦The program of each module is different. Even if a module is cracked and the cloud key of this module is obtained, it cannot be used on other sensors (the program of each module of cloud encryption is different, so it is impossible to have two identical modules).

Origin of Offline Cloud Encryption
1. Cloud encryption requires that the meter must have a network (activate the meter)
2. The Internet of Things is expensive and continuous. If the user does not renew the fee, the meter will be shut down and the network will be disconnected. If the user cannot continue to use cloud encryption (cloud authentication) for maintenance again, it will bring inconvenience to maintenance and replacement.
